Struggles strengthen

Firstly, I really am a sucker for alliteration, thus I love coming up with titles like this -- "Struggles Strengthen." Actually my first book was titled "Success Is Simple" and my second book was titled "The Science of Selling" and of course my radio series and these articles are titled "Time to Think." So D. Paul, getting back to the title of today's articles struggles strengthen, would you explain that to us? Sure will.

Firstly, let's get this straight; there is no easy way in which to become successful. The road to success is so often a narrow, uphill trail with many, many obstacles along the way that have to be negotiated and effectively dealt with in order to be able to proceed with the journey. However, it's these very struggles that we will need to go through from time to time, which in the end really strengthens us and assists us in building character.

I remember well at one very difficult point in my life when I was indeed struggling to deal with a whole slew of major problems. A good friend of mine who was also having difficulties at the time uttered a phrase that I have never forgotten. He said, "Always remember Paul, he will not give you more than you can stand." Oh how true that is.

My friend, when you're at your wit's end, so to speak, always remember, that the Creator lives within You 24/7 -- 52 weeks a year, who will see to it that you do not experience any struggles which you're not fully equipped to both deal with and conquer.

Yes my friend, I want you to get a whole new perspective here today regarding the inevitable struggles you go through in life. These struggles are meant to make you a much stronger person who does not quit when you're confronted with serious problems, but keeps going getting stronger and stronger every day thus finally reaching the promised land.
