T.G.I.M.

I guess that a whole lot of people will be quite puzzled by the title of today's article "T.G.I.M." However, I'm quite sure that just about everyone is more than familiar with the letters "T.G.I.F." which we see posted again and again on social media on Fridays by people who obviously don't like their work too much as they look forward to the weekend when they can either party hard or rest. Yes indeed, just about everyone knows that "T.G.I.F." stands for thank God it's Friday, as it's a much used phrase.

Well, the letters which are the title of this article "T.G.I.M." stand for thank God it's Monday. That's right, I believe that we should all be extremely grateful as we begin yet another week in which we all have the opportunity to excel at what we do for a living, which in turn will contribute greatly to our success. You see, in the long run, it's all about attitude, and I believe from comments I hear people regularly utter, and indeed openly state on social media, that many have a good attitude toward partying at the end of the week -- however, they do not have a good attitude toward their work at all, and then they wonder why they don't make it in life.

My friend, I have nothing whatsoever against enjoying oneself at the weekends, however, at the beginning of the week you should also have an excellent attitude as you excitedly embark on a week full of opportunity to really excel and thus ultimately be extremely successful in life. Yes indeed "T.G.I.M. -- thank God it's Monday.

My friend, this article is once again a reminder of how important a person's attitude is as it relates to the actual results we get from life. If you're in a negative mood at the beginning of the day as you go to work on Monday morning, believe me, you will not have too good a day. So as you commence each day, give thanks to the creator for another opportunity to excel and succeed, and you will.
