Left or right

I remember I wrote an article some time back titled "The Middle Road" which was all about balance in our lives. In "The Teachings of Buddha," the middle road is the expression used to highlight the importance of balance in our lives. So D. Paul, I remember that article, so are you contradicting what you stated in that article the middle road by telling us today to go to the left or right instead of staying in the middle road, you may query? No, not at all as I'm dealing with decision-making here today. In other words, there are a whole lot of people who when it comes to making decisions relating to any phase of their overall life, seem to be always sitting on the fence, to use another well-known saying.

Yes indeed, one thing is for sure, at times in life we all come to a fork in the road, so to speak and thus in order to be able to continue our journey and thus finally reach our destination, we must make a very definite decision as to which way we should go. If we do not make a decision, we will sit in the road motionless not making any progress whatsoever which would get us eventually to our desired destination. So in a nutshell, we have to be decisive if we wish to finally achieve our goals and thus eventually be able to arrive at our desired destination, which is of course success city.

Yes my friend, when you come to that fork in the road to success, you have to make a decision to go left or right so that you continue toward the ultimate achievement of your goals and objectives. So in conclusion, stop sitting on the fence, and make a definite decision one way or the other, otherwise you will simply remain at a standstill where you will be in limbo, ad nauseam.
