Shelley Carey-Moxey's stand out vocals and the mesmerizing beats of Tru Music's Adrian, Ashanti, Ralph and Heston will highlight Grand Bahama's first Summer, Wine, Art and Jazz Concert.

All roads will lead to the Grand Bahama's Yacht Club for one of the most anticipated events of the summer -- the first Summer, Wine, Art and Jazz Concert.

Shelley Carey-Moxey & Tru Music band with an eclectic mix of genres in their repertoire will highlight this first event on July 8. Spoken word artists will also be featured.

"I'm so excited for the event," said Carey-Moxey. "Our loyal fans have been asking for this for a long time and we are just happy to finally give it to them."

Projected to be the first of many events, the band has secured sponsorship from the Ministry of Tourism to take, what is hoped to become an international staple, to the next level.

Beginning at 7 p.m. patrons will have a sensual overload with a series of wine tastings, finger foods and an exhibition of the exciting artworks of Matt Wildgoose and Marie Parham.

"Our goal is to engage our audience in many ways so they will be talking about the event and looking for more next year," said Carey-Moxey.

Carey-Moxey's stand out vocals and the mesmerizing beats of Tru Music's Adrian, Ashanti, Ralph and Heston will kick off at 8 p.m. at the club on Midshipman Road, with wine tasting and art viewing at 7 p.m.

General admission to the concert is $50; VIP tickets are $125 and includes wine tasting and hors d'ouvres; platinum tickets for the jazz, wine and art connoisseur are $300 (all excluding VAT). Tickets are available at the Seventeen Shop, Ellen's Hats and Steppin Out, Downtown, Freeport.
