The three words in the title of today's article are indeed extremely important for anyone who wishes to live a fulfilled, peaceful, spiritual and successful life. Now whilst we can engage in any one or all three -- contemplation, meditation and prayer -- at any time throughout the day or night.

I would suggest that first thing in the morning upon awakening is a must for some quiet meditation and soulful prayer. Yes indeed, it's extremely important to get settled into the right mindset at the beginning of each and every day in order to ensure that one has a wonderful, exciting and successful day, across the board. So we get in touch with our source first thing in the morning and commune with God in silent meditation.

Of course once again at the close of each day we do likewise as we thank the Creator for everything we experienced throughout the day, whilst also getting into an extremely relaxed, peaceful state which will indeed be most conducive to a restful night's sleep. So first thing in the morning and last thing at night are from my perspective absolutely essential for contemplation, meditation and prayer. However, I personally engage in some quiet meditation, soulful prayer plus a whole lot of contemplation at various times throughout the day whenever I get a break from my other activities. In fact, contemplation is almost like a continuous state for me as I am indeed a deep thinker as I daily contemplate this thing called life and how to enjoy it more and more.

Yes my friend, if you'd really like to have a peaceful, successful and indeed totally satisfying life, across the board, I believe that the instructions given in today's important article should be taken very seriously thus you engage in contemplation, meditation and prayer as many times as possible throughout the day, evening and night. This is the way to a fulfilled life, yes it is.
