A woman was sexually assaulted yesterday morning after a man armed with a knife broke into her residence, police said.

According to police, the woman was at her home on Fifth Street, Coconut Grove, off Robinson Road, around 2 a.m. when a man broke in.

Police said he fled the area on foot.

Assistance Commissioner Stephen Dean said yesterday police were still searching for the suspect.
