Young women were encouraged to not only recognize their abilities, but to reach beyond their thinking capacity and act on their God-given potential at the recent Young Leading Ladies Workshop hosted by New Image.

"The young ladies were challenged to develop not only their actions to meet the goal, but also their behavior in making their dreams a reality," said Tanya Sweeting, New Image director. "The objective was to prick the minds of young ladies and create an awareness of how successful and accomplished they can become both spiritually and physically."

Cindy Thompson, member of Life Changers Ministries International and director of Extravagant Praise Dance Ministry; Leana Ingraham, financial director for Community Hardware Co. Ltd. and vice-president of Teetering Investments Limited; Bianca Rolle, from Peniel Worship Centre; and Raquel Pinder, founder of Beauty Beyond Feelings Women's Empowerment Movement, addressed the young ladies on real-life daily applications to becoming successful.

The young women were encouraged to challenge themselves, to be persistent and consistent, become fearless and unafraid to fail, and to dream so big that it scares them.

"It was about challenging themselves to make every day of their lives an accomplished day towards the goals they set, whether it was a little step or big step," said Sweeting.

The young ladies were encouraged to see themselves as God sees them-- which is to be great, to be excellent, to be a leader in every area of their life, and to see themselves as awesome.
