Location will be provided upon acceptance into the program

Program designed to help entrepreneurs strive even in lean times. Entrepreneurs/business owners deserve information and strategies to help them now and not theory or classroom knowledge.

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Raideesha Francis is presenting a new program which provides professional services for businesses including concept development and menu creation. She is the founder and current owner of The Culinary Management Company and a charitable initiative The First Meals that provides breakfast and lunch for students in need.

With three years as an established company and more than 10 years of industry experience, she has developed a distinctive approach for working with clients.

Having learned to identify the patters of why businesses fail, Raideesha's custom-tailored solutions increase the chance of success with both corporate and small business partners.

BIOGRAPHY OF FOUNDER
A former instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Raideesha Francis has earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Culinary Management (Honors) among many other professional certifications and training that she has successfully completed.

Today, Raideesha stands in her own spotlight with a growing following as she elevates an ordinary business idea into the extraordinary.

Raideesha is passionate about the field of baking, pastry and culinary arts. She also has a passion to help entrepreneurs, and businesses create distinctive concepts that elevate their brand's status to new levels of success. Her creativity and sharp mind allows her to enhance just about any brand or concept that is introduced to her within moments.

An emerging leader in her industry, she has over a decade of experience in the industry and was the youngest professor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts (2006) where she taught Psychology, Sociology, Food Safety, Sanitation and Nutrition. She has been privileged enough to work for strong international and global brands such as Sysco Foodservices and American Express that opened her eyes to the realities of business.

Raideesha is an educator at heart and loves to inspire and empower others. Her passion and desire to help others succeed in her area of expertise will change the way owners, managers and employees operate on a daily basis to better impact their customers, their lives, their families and their respective communities.

In her experience, business owners tend to believe that once they can cook or do whatever they are great at that they can be successful and that is far from the truth.

“A cook or chef is not the same as a business owner,” she says. “They don’t have the same skills. The skills required to make a recipe taste good and produce an attractive food item, aren’t the same skills that are needed to manage a business successfully, to produce profits or to adhere to all the legal requirements expected of that business.”

Raideesha will launch her newest business in May 2016, which is designed to help new and start-up businesses celebrate their first 10 years in business successfully by offering them corporate solutions tailored for small businesses.

For Raideesha, the information that she shares can benefit any business whether it is in its start-up phase or is a fully established company.

Only 50 people are being accepted into the program.
