Moss hits at Ellis' statement launches 'Think, Bahamas'

Officers arrested a Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF) marine on Friday after receiving reports of gunshots on Emanuel Way, off Soldier Road.

According to police, officers on patrol around 1 p.m. received reports of gunshots and based on information they received went to a residence on Emanuel Way.

A search of that home led to the discovery of a 9-mm pistol, 15 rounds of ammunition and a quantity of suspected marijuana.

The marine and another man were arrested in connection with the seizure.

It is unclear whether either man was responsible for the gunshots.
