The wait is almost over. The 10 lucky people who will get to take in Beyonce live, with all expenses paid courtesy of Hot 91.7 FM, Heineken and Going Places Travel will find out at the hottest party this weekend, Levels 2.
At tonight's second edition of Levels at Superclubs Breezes between 8 pm. and 2 a.m., five people's names will be pulled from the entries, with each winner getting to take along a guest to the all expenses paid "Queen B" concert at Marlins Park on Wednesday, April 27. Winners not only receive concert tickets, but airfare, car and hotel accommodations.
"Everyone wants to see Beyonce in concert, so it will be awesome to send people to see Beyonce," said Hot 91.7 FM programming director Tony Williams.
She's one of the most dynamic and engaged concert performers who sings songs that are full of joy and empowerment, with a voice that even detractors recognize as both a technical and emotional wonder. And she will be in concert in Miami for the first time in almost two years. And If you were hoping to take in Beyonce's Formation World Tour concert in Miami, the only way you're going to get tickets, if you don't have them already is by partying with Hot 91.7 FM and crossing your fingers that you're one of the lucky people that will win tickets to this concert, because it's already sold out.
To position themselves to possibly win tickets, patrons can be registered a number of times, and have a number of ways in which they can enter the drawing to position themselves for the chance at winning. They can either purchase a Heineken six-pack at any Burns House or Butler & Sands location, and be entered to win at the store; they can also enter by calling into Hot 91.7 FM whenever they hear a Beyonce song, and either sing two lines of the song to get entered, or record themselves doing their best Beyonce impersonation and sending it into Hot 91.7 FM; registration will also take place at the second edition of Levels, the party at which the winners will be announced, and at which winners have to be present to claim their prize.
Admission into the Levels 2 party is $10 before 11 p.m. and $15 after 11 p.m. When paying at the door, patrons will automatically be entered into the drawing. Patrons should come expecting all-things Beyonce. The party will feature a Beyonce look-alike, and if you can dance like Beyonce's "Formation" a prize will be given out. Actually, a number of prizes, including Heineken prizes will be given out on the night.
The Beyonce concert tickets giveaway comes on the heels of Cassius Stuart and Alexis Gibson winning packages for two to take in the recent Rihanna Miami concert
"We want to give our listeners the ultimate experience, and are on the lookout to see what's next," said Williams as to who they can send Bahamians to see in concert next.
