2nd Ethics and Law Firm Management conference

The Law Department of The College of The Bahamas (COB) in partnership with Eugene Dupuch Law School will host the 2nd annual conference on Ethics and Law Firm Management on the topic “How to Choose and Work with Lawyers and Clients” on Friday, November 6th, at the Performing Arts Center of COB.

The Hon. Philip Davis, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Works and Urban Development, is expected to deliver the opening remarks at the one-day event. Local and international presenters will address the following session topics: “Conflict of Interest: Engagement Letters and the Art and of Billing,” “Liability of Partners; Clients from Hell; How to Choose A Lawyer” and “How Ethics Can Be Taught and Learned.”
