Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling, Governor General of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas received HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne in a Welcome Reception at Government House on Sunday, September 27, 2015 attended by the Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Perry G. Christie, Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Sen. the Hon. Allyson Maynard Gibson, and Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture the Hon. Dr. Daniel Johnson.

The Princess, who is president of the Caribbean-Canada Emerging Leaders’ Dialogue (CCELD), arrived in Nassau Sunday afternoon as the first stop of her tour of the Dialogue taking place among young, emerging leaders in Canada and the Caribbean.
