Bahamian Brewery and Beverage is ready to heat up the summer with the release of their truly Bahamian Radler – the ‘Sands Pink Radler’.

Sands premium lager mixed with all natural grapefruit juice is sure to be light, fruity, refreshing and the perfect way to enjoy summer weekends in The Bahamas.

“We’re extremely proud to welcome this new product to the Sands family of beers,” said Gary Sands, Bahamian Brewery and Beverage sales executive. “This new refreshing twist to our Sands beer is sure to be a hit with everyone who loves our truly Bahamian beer, and we hope it’ll be a treat for those who may not be beer drinkers.”

Radler is a German word and it’s commonly known to consist of a 50:50 mixture of beer and sparkling juices. The Pink Radler will carry on the German tradition of quenching the thirst of those looking for something truly Bahamian but with a lower alcohol content. The Sands Pink Radler contains only 2.3% alcohol.

Sands Pink Radler will launch on Friday, July 24th in Grand Bahama and Saturday, July 25th in New Providence. It will also go on sale in Jimmy’s Wines & Spirits locations in Nassau, Freeport, Abaco and Eleuthera, Bristol Wines & Cellars locations and at your favourite bar or restaurant. Currently the portfolio of products in the Sands family include Sands, Sands Light, High Rock, Bush Crack, Strongback, Triple B malt, and the pink radler is a welcomed addition. The Brewery encourages everyone to enjoy their light and fresh radler and to drink pink this summer and beyond!
