Expel the bitterness

Some people, when they were real young, were subjected to some form of degradation, which made them feel in some way inferior. The end result of the insults which these young people were subjected to in their early years, is that they have grown up with a certain degree of bitterness stored deep down in their consciousness towards those who called them names in an effort to perhaps dominate and ridicule them. Others are carrying around bitterness in their heart for an ex-employer who perhaps did not treat them fairly, and who did indeed fire them for no apparent reason, due mainly to a conflict of personalities.

There are of course as we all know a whole lot of people spread throughout this great big world of ours who continue to carry around with them large helpings of bitterness because a spouse or significant other left them all by themselves after a breakup. There are unfortunately a lot of young children who have been turned against one of their parents by the other one and who thus go through life with this bitterness literally eating away at the very core of their being, causing all sorts of other serious problems for them.

Yes indeed, at the beginning of the 21st century, there are a whole lot of people worldwide who are literally consumed with bitterness toward another for a variety of reasons. So I'm saying to all of the people who are harboring bitterness in their heart for any reason warranted or unwarranted, for God's sake and of course your own overall health of body, mind and spirit, do as the title of today's article suggests and thus expel the bitterness, and do it now.

My friend, let me be very clear on this, if you are bitter toward anyone, for any reason warranted or unwarranted, the only person whom you're really hurting by your very childish, totally unspiritual behavior is yourself. That's right, bitterness will consume you. It will eat away at the very core of your being and eventually destroy you. So please my friend, no matter what anyone did to you forgive them -- let it go, get rid of the bitterness and instead enjoy a long life of peace.
Think about it!
