Estiatorio Milos to open as newest dining concept at Atlantis in the fall

Estiatorio Milos is touted as one of North America’s finest Greek restaurants, featuring fine Mediterranean cuisine at its best, and it restaurateur Costas Spiliadis is bringing this concept to The Bahamas.

Estiatorio Milos, which has locations in Montreal, New York, Athens, Las Vegas, Miami and London, will open its first Caribbean location at the Atlantis, Paradise Island in the fall.

The celebrated Greek-influenced Mediterranean restaurant caters to every palate with signature appetizers, main courses and seasonal fare that will continue to raise the standard of dining in the Caribbean and throughout the world.

“Milos is known for its’ simple yet inspiring presentation of seafood, and there is no better home than Atlantis for this very unique and fresh dining experience,” said Paul Burke, president and managing director at Atlantis.

“Atlantis continues to stay innovative with its cuisine options in an ever-changing landscape in order to appeal to all guests’ culinary desires.”

Estiatorio is celebrated for serving the freshest, most pristine fish flown in daily from the Mediterranean and for sourcing the highest-quality ingredients. The consistently impeccable service and welcoming spirit has made Milos an unparalleled culinary destination.

Atlantis is known for providing guests with new and innovative dining experiences and Milos will join Atlantis’ over 21 restaurants and 19 bars and lounges including Nobu, Todd English’s Olives and Jean-Georges’ Café Martinique.

Atlantis and Spiliadis will collaborate with acclaimed interior architect Jeffrey Beers, of Jeffrey Beers International (JBI) to transform the restaurant space and oversee renovations over the summer.
