Local gaming organization, A Sure Win, is “poised to lead the way” in the local gaming industry according to recently appointed Chairman of the Board, Leroy Archer at the company’s recent general staff meeting.

The meeting served as an opportunity for the company’s newly appointed board of directors to meet the rest of the A Sure Win family while illustrating the company’s plans for the foreseeable future.

A Sure Win CEO, Mr. Leander Brice, welcomed the addition of the board of directors, referring to it as being a part of the natural progression for the company as it grows in scale and scope within the a regularized gaming industry.

“We have really worked hard to assemble an “A-team” of individuals with a variety of complementary backgrounds and skillsets that will provide us with valuable direction as we continue to adapt and grow in this new era of gaming for The Bahamas.”

Leading the meeting, which included managerial representatives from the dozens of gaming locations throughout The Bahamas, was chairman Archer who was charged with explaining the core objectives and values of the company and how they are guiding a vision for the future that includes continued growth and success for the company as it pursues its mission of being The Bahamas’ socially responsible gaming option.

Mr. Archer, a former Managing Director of Commonwealth Brewery and CEO of Archer’s Consulting Group, expressed the board’s eagerness to provide guidance for the gaming company as it prepares for future success.

“As new board members of A Sure Win, it was important for us to meet with the staff to share our vision for the company. We want our employees to understand where the company is headed and how vital a role they play in getting this company to achieve its objectives.”

“We recognize that without these dedicated employees, A Sure Win could not be the great company that it is today. We were extremely pleased to be here to finally meet them and provide insight on our plans to expand upon the greatness that defines the A Sure Win brand.”

Along with Mr. Archer, other announced board members include noted professionals such as Mrs. Latonia Tinker, Mr. Dywan Rodgers and Mr. Gilbert Thompson.

For 2015, A Sure Win has adopted the motto, “The Responsible Way to Play” – a slogan that is emblematic of an inward shift within the company towards the promotion of socially responsible gaming activities. So far, the company has announced numerous partnerships and sponsorships with various non-profits and charities, while also launching its own in-house responsible gaming campaign and The Bahamas’ first-ever anonymous gaming hotline. Under the guidance of its board of directors and managerial team, the company hopes that this change in direction will not only payoff for the company in its balance sheets but also positively impact local communities as well.
