Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Works and Urban Development, and MP for Cat Island, Rum Cay and San Salvador the Hon. Philip Davis was the keynote speaker at the Official Launch of the San Salvador Urban Renewal Marching Band on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Idella Jones Community Centre, Cockburn Town, San Salvador.
