Let me commence here today by asking you a simple question. Do you know some people who appear to consistently resist changes of any kind? In other words, they just want everything to remain exactly as it has been for years and years, thus they get very annoyed when they have to change the way in which they have operated their lives for quite some time now. Yes, they have a very definite routine which they do not wish to deviate from. Now I'm quite sure that you do indeed know a whole lot of people who constantly resist changes of any sort.

Now, here's a second question which it's imperative in your own best interests for you to answer with complete candor. Are you personally someone who consistently resists changes of any kind? Well My Friend, what's your honest answer to that question? If it's in the affirmative, I have news for you.

Firstly, you're obviously a very negative person in outlook as negative people are inclined for the most part to have a completely 'Closed Mind' thus they usually resist all forms of change like the plague; and secondly, and this is extremely important, by resisting change you are in effect stunting your future growth as a human being. That's right, as I have stated it many times before over the years, change is an integral part of the growth process of life. So if you're constantly resisting change, you'll be hindering your own growth in life.

Yes My Friend, as today's short, straightforward title puts it 'Change = Growth'.....yes it does, so why resist it? My Friend, if you're consistently resisting changes of any sort in your life, I sincerely recommend that you immediately get some professional assistance from a qualified Counselor or Life Coach to get to the source of your negativity which results in a 'Closed Mind' which consistently resists changes and is thus hindering your progress in life. When you finally become a much more positive person, you will automatically become much more open minded to change. This will assist you greatly to grow as a human being.
