Don't let the dream die

Mon, May 18th 2015, 11:40 PM

I believe that most of us when we were young had dreams of what we'd like to do with our lives. Dreams tend to make life really exciting as we start to use our imagination to see in our 'Mind's Eye' ourselves actually achieving these dreams, one by one. However, what unfortunately does happen to a whole lot of people, is that they have to go to work in order to take care of themselves, and in many cases their family. So, they end up getting a job in a field which they really do not like all that much; however, it pays good money and this assists greatly with the task of taking care of the immediate needs of the family.

Now some of these people who are forced by circumstances to take these jobs to feed their family, so to speak, tend to totally, over time, lose sight of the dreams they once had as they proceed through life, always feeling that they missed out on something, thus they never really feel happy with their life. In fact, many feel cheated.

Well My Friend, let me assure you, that many have to take jobs which they don't really like just to earn a living....so you're by no means alone in this. Many years ago when I needed cash to survive, I had to do it too. So, I'm in no way knocking these noble people who just took a job with the sole purpose in mind of making money to help keep themselves and their loved ones in a state of wellbeing. However, I am saying to all of these people here today loud and clear 'Don't Let The Dream Die'.

Yes indeed, if you've had a dream in your heart for a long time and have not been able to pursue it due to important commitments to your family; I suggest that today is the day for you to resurrect your long lost dream, which let's face it, God would not have placed in your heart if He didn't know that you were indeed quite capable of achieving it. So, you've had somewhat of a detour in life so far, but now it's time for you to get back on course as you pursue your long lost dreams with renewed energy and passion.
