The Bahamas Football Association (BFA) welcomes Kevin McGreskin as the new Technical Director of the BFA's National Development Program. After establishing a solid foundation in The Bahamas with youth football development, the BFA made a change in personnel to focus more on coaching, women's and grassroots development. To lead the development for the next two years, the BFA selected a candidate with expertise to move the game to the next level.

McGreskin, from Scotland, arrived in The Bahamas in February to commence his employment with the BFA. He is a Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) 'A' License qualified coach with the English Football Association, the Irish Football Association and the Welsh Football Association. He is the founder of Dynamic Sports Vision (now Soccer eyeQ), a specialist coaching consultancy that focuses on the development of cognitive skills such as awareness, concentration and decision making.

Through the consultancy, McGreskin has worked closely with professional clubs, youth teams, and national governing bodies to provide coaching education and player development programs. He also worked as an independent consultant with Scottish professional clubs Dundee United Football Club and Partick Thistle Football Club.

The BFA is excited to have such a qualified individual working with its national development program. He is expected to be a great benefit to the growth of soccer through education and development here in The Bahamas.
