GENERAL SITUATION: A high pressure ridge will continue to influence the weather over the Bahamas tonight and tomorrow.

Monday 2nd – Mostly sunny and warm today; fair and warm tonight in the Northwest Bahamas and Mostly sunny, breezy, and warm with the slight chance of a shower becoming fair tonight over the remainder of the islands. Maximum Temperature 86°F and Minimum Temperature 70°F. A Small Craft Caution in effect for the Central & Southeast Bahamas. Winds E 10-15 knots in the Northwest Bahamas and E 15-20 knots in the Central and Southeast Bahamas. Seas 2-4 feet over the ocean in the Northwest Bahamas and 4-7 feet over the ocean in the Central & Southeast Bahamas.

Tuesday 3rd – Mostly sunny and warm with the chance of isolated showers mainly in the Southeast Bahamas. Maximum Temperature 86°F and Minimum Temperature 70°F. Small Craft Caution in effect. Winds NE-E 15-20 knots. Seas 4-7 feet over the ocean.

Wednesday 4th – Mostly sunny and warm. Maximum Temperature 87°F and Minimum Temperature 69°F. Small Craft Caution in effect for the Northwest Bahamas and a Small Craft Advisory in effect for the Central & Southeast Bahamas. Winds SE 15-20 knots in the Northwest Bahamas and E 20-25 knots in the Central & Southeast Bahamas. Seas 4-7 feet over the ocean in the Northwest Bahamas and 7-10 feet in the Central & Southeast Bahamas.

Thursday 5th – Mostly sunny with the chance of showers. Maximum Temperature 86°F and Minimum Temperature 69°F. Small Craft Caution in effect for the Southeast Bahamas. Winds SE-S at 10 knots in the Northwest Bahamas and E-SE 10-15 knots in the Central Bahamas and E-SE 15-20 knots in the Southeast Bahamas. Seas 1-3 feet in the Northwest Bahamas and 2-4 feet in the Central Bahamas and 4-6 feet or less over the ocean in the Southeast Bahamas.

Friday 6th – Partly sunny with few showers expected. Maximum Temperature 84°F and Minimum Temperature 65°F. Small Craft Caution in effect for the Southeast Bahamas. Winds E 10-15 knots in the Northwest & Central Bahamas and E 15-20 knots in the Southeast Bahamas.
