The two new head coaches for the country's national basketball teams were on hand Saturday night, to watch all three games played in the New Providence Women's Basketball Association (NPWBA).
Americans Larry Brown and Larry Tidwell were named by the Bahamas Basketball Federation (BBF) last Friday as the two national coaches. Both will be assisted by local based coaches. The two coaches will bring with them a wealth of experience in the sport. On Saturday, while watching the three games, both agreed that there is a pool of talented players in the country and abroad which makes their jobs a little easier.
