For far too long, the winner of the annual Hugh Campbell Classic have been purported to be national high school champions. As false as that claim might be, it has become widespread opinion among sporting enthusiasts and many in the general public.
Well, now a system is being put in place where genuine high school champions can be crowned in not just basketball but other sporting disciplines as well.
