Three men accused of robbing a family during a home invasion earlier this year will face a trial in the Supreme Court.
Jeffery Wilson, who also known as "Capone", and brothers Derek and Jermaine Stuart are accused of breaking into the home of Jerry and Georgette Butler at Coral Harbour on February 18.
They are accused of robbing Georgette and Jerry Butler of $30,000 worth of jewelry, a $1,900 Dell laptop and $1,650 in cash.
Prosecutors bypassed a preliminary hearing before a magistrate and sent the case directly to the Supreme Court.
The men, who are all out on bail, will be arraigned before Senior Supreme Court Justice Jon Isaacs on January 14.
