The wife of a former PLP Cabinet minister was robbed at gunpoint at 7:45 a.m. yesterday, police have confirmed.
Ruby Roker, wife of Loftus Roker, was confronted by an armed gunman who demanded the keys to her silver Kia Optima outside her home on Theodora Lane.
The gunman did not escape with the car as he was unable to get it started, according to police sources.
The man pushed Roker, 74, to the ground and fled with a small amount of cash.
