Worry kills

As I have continually advocated again and again in these articles over the years, we need to think in a very positive manner if we wish to succeed, across the board, in all aspects of our life. We need to constantly banish from our mind all negative thoughts as they start to enter our mind.....we catch them before they actually take root. Now one the THE most deadly forms of negative thought which unfortunately a whole lot of people do entertain from time to time is worry. Yes indeed, worry is a most negative and indeed destructive form of thought which can be deadly.
Yes indeed, there is no exaggeration whatsoever in today's title 'Worry Kills'....yes it does, it kills dreams and aspirations, and it can actually kill people too.....no kidding! Just ask any medical Doctor what he or she thinks about 'Worry', and I'm quite sure that they will indeed confirm, that worry contributes to the development of many physical illnesses, some of which can turn out to be deadly causing in the end the demise of the patient.
In James Allen's great book 'As A Man Thinketh' in the chapter titled 'Effects of Thought on Health and the Body' he writes in part "Disease and health, like circumstances, are rooted in thought. Sickly thoughts will express themselves through a sickly body. Thoughts of fear have been known to kill a man as speedily as a bullet, and they are constantly killing thousands of people just as surely though less rapidly. People who live in fear of disease are the people who get it. Anxiety quickly demoralizes the whole body and lays it open to the entrance of disease".
Oh how true that is as stated by James Allen, which I'm sure any medical Doctor will be happy to verify. Yes indeed, as today's title correctly declares 'Worry Kills'. So, you better stop it NOW!
The thing about worry which always amazes me is this. What we actually worry about usually hasn't even happened. So, we're focusing our thoughts on something which may or may not happen in the future. However, let me once again remind all of my valued readers of The Universal Law of Attraction which simply states, that 'We ATTRACT toward us people, circumstances and events in accordance with our THINKING'. So in effect, by worrying about something which hasn't even yet happened, we will actually ATTRACT it into our life. Now when you think about it, isn't that really ridiculous? ....yes it is!
So My Friend, in conclusion, just as soon as you start to worry, stop immediately and redirect your thoughts as you once again become totally positive. This is surely the way to succeed and stay alive? Yes It Certainly Is!

o Think about it!
