GENERAL SITUATION: A pre-frontal trough associated with a stationary front in the vicinity of Northern Florida will continue to generate unsettled weather across the Northwest and Central Bahamas today.

Friday 19th – Variable cloudiness with widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, some heavy at times through tonight in t he Northwest & Central Bahamas, and partly sunny with the chance of showers; mostly fair tonight with the chance of passing showers. Maximum Temperature 90°F and Minimum Temperature 75°F. Winds light and variable in the Northwest Bahamas, and E-SE at 10 knots or less in the remainder of the Bahamas. Seas 3 feet or less over the ocean.

Saturday 20th – Variable cloudiness across the Northwest & Central Bahamas with few scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms; mostly sunny and hot in the Southeast Bahamas. Maximum Temperature 90°F and Minimum Temperature 77°F. Small Craft Caution in effect for the Extreme Northwest Bahamas. Winds S-SW 15-20 knots in the Extreme Northwest Bahamas and S at 10 knots elsewhere. Seas 4-7 feet in the Extreme Northwest Bahamas and 3 feet or less for the remainder of the islands.

Sunday 21st
– Partly sunny with few isolated showers and thunderstorms mainly across the Northwest Bahamas. Maximum Temperature 90°F and Minimum Temperature 77°F. Winds light and variable in the Northwest Bahamas; S 10-15 knots in the Central Bahamas ; S at 15 knots in the Southeast Bahamas. Seas 3 feet or less in the Northwest Bahamas; 2-4 feet in the Central Bahamas; 3-5 feet in the Southeast Bahamas..

Monday 22nd – Partly sunny with isolated showers and thunderstorms mainly across the Northwest Bahamas. Maximum Temperature 90°F and Minimum Temperature 77°F. Winds light and variable in the Northwest Bahamas; E 10-15 knots in the Central & Southeast Bahamas. Seas 3 feet or less in the Northwest Bahamas and 2-4 feet in the remainder of the country.

Tuesday 23rd – Partly sunny with some showers and possible afternoon thunderstorms. Maximum Temperature 90°F and Minimum Temperature 74°F. Winds E-NE 10-15 knots. Seas 2-4 feet over the ocean.
