Capital City Marketing is thrilled to once again present the Caribbean’s King of Comedy “Oliver”, in the theatre production Dollyhouse, featuring a wonderful mix of Jamaica’s favourite topics including politics, power, intimacy, race, class, mistrust and betrayal all comingled into the hilarious comedy full of belly cramping humour that only Oliver Samuels can produce.

“Unu jus ain’t seen nutten yet.”

This one will be a big celebration because it’s the king’s 65th birthday! And, what does Jamaica’s King of Comedy do when it is time to celebrate his 65th year on this earth?....

He assembles the most powerful cast available in Caribbean Theatre today and creates another Blockbuster.

Many speculated how Oliver would be able to follow up successive Monster Hits – WHO A DI DON? and EMBASSY SAGA but Dollyhouse confirms his Living Legend status.

The production opened on Mother’s Day of this year and will tour all major markets around the world.

The production will be held on the holiday weekend in October on Sunday October 12th during the “Heros Day” holiday weekend in Nassau Bahamas at the Rainforest Theatre, Cable Beach.

You may recall Capital City Marketing presentation of Oliver’s huge performances here in The Bahamas in the 2009 “Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing”, “Assistant Thief” in 2006, “Ras Noah & the Hawk” in 2005 as well as “Guava Jelly” in 2004 which were all great successes.

We are confident that this year’s “Dolly House”will also be a huge success! The Bahamas market is hungry for Oliver again!

“We expect a sold out event at the Crystal Palace, Rainforest Theatre. ….especially that this is a special birthday year for Oliver, we will have a great celebration!!

Great opportunities exist for partners to come on board with this great event.”

Kathy Ingraham Maciel “Dolly House” will feature taboo topics such as interracial relationships in Jamaica, the effects of miscarriage on Jamaican women, cybersex, lotto scamming and police perverting the course of justice in the manner that only Oliver Samuels can –tastefully, family friendly but extremely humorous with life lessons that will leave the audience talking about the show and the story lines for a very long time.

Information on tickets, ticket box offices and other information will be released in the coming weeks.
