Seeking to provide thought leadership and practical solutions for client relationship management and business development in a technology-driven and increasingly interconnected world, the Association of International Banks and Trust Companies in The Bahamas (AIBT) has announced the theme for the upcoming 2014 Nassau Conference: “Engaging in a Transparent World.”. This year’s event – scheduled for October 22nd, 2014 at the British Colonial Hilton in Nassau – will once again bring together leading industry experts from The Bahamas and around the world, to engage in a series of presentations, panel discussions and Q&A sessions on successful engagement in an environment of greater transparency.
The Nassau Conference is the premier professional development event for preparing Bahamas-based professionals for success in this dynamic and evolving industry. The annual Conference underscores AIBT’s continuing commitment, as Founding Partner, to the development and growth of the sector. Once again, the Ministry of Financial Services will join AIBT, as the Lead Sponsor of the event and provide a policy perspective on how best to engage in a transparent world. Further, reflecting continued collaboration with industry associations, the Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers (BACO) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) will lead and shape panel discussions around their respective areas of expertise.
