Palm Cay Introduces 'Super-attractive pricing' on $5.7 Million in Ocean View Condos

Palm Cay, the nautical community rising along New Providence’s southeastern shore, is putting the finishing touches on its latest offering – 2,100 to 2,300 square foot, 3-bedroom townhomes with an ocean view starting at $559,000.

“We’re really excited about this second phase of Starfish Isle not only because of the quality, design and lay-out of the homes, but because we were able to bring them in at well under $600,000,” said Zack Bonczek, Director of Sales and Marketing for the popular development. “I don’t think there is anything comparable in Nassau, two and three storey townhomes steps from the beach with a view of the sea in a secure community for such super attractive pricing.”

With construction well underway and several units expected to be ready for occupancy within weeks, Starfish Isle Ocean View special pricing will be limited to 10 townhomes, five units in each of the two buildings. End units – 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,100-square feet homes -- will be offered at $579,000. Six will be 3-level, 3-bedroom 3.5-bath residences with generous patios on two levels and a price tag of $559,000, excluding appliances.

Those homes are just over 2,300 square feet. All units include hurricane impact windows and doors, granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings, travertine tile on the ground floor and engineered wood flooring on the second level, master bedroom with large en-suite bath, oversized walk-in closet, covered patios and access to all the amenities of Palm Cay.

“What we are finding is that the bulk of our sales are what we call organic – someone buying here or living at Palm Cay encouraging family or friends to buy,” said Bonczek. “That says so much for the community and the spirit of Palm Cay. There is always buzz around the 194-slip marina with a good mix of local boaters and visiting yachts, most going to or coming from Exuma. People love the whole Palm Cay Marina & Beach Club concept which includes a host of amenities -- 1,200 feet of a wide, soft sand beach, the Billfish Grill restaurant, tennis courts, family playground, all the activities plus all the security and as much privacy as you want.”

Starfish Isle Ocean View is situated less than 200 feet from the beach and is the second row of residences parallel to the initial Starfish Isle townhomes directly on the beach.

When complete, the nearly 70-acre sprawling community will include some 300 homes, a mixture of single family residences, condominiums and townhomes. Its first two condo offerings were oversubscribed and a third phase may be launched ahead of schedule. Developers have met all self-imposed deadlines and the fully-funded $200 million project was the first development to win the 2013 Bahamas Contractors Award for Excellence, an honour normally awarded an individual contractor. www.palmcay.com
