Veep's Third Season Wraps up with Back-To-Back Epidsodes on HBO

Wed, Jun 4th 2014, 03:00 PM

HBO’s Emmy®-nominated original comedy series Veep will conclude its third season with two back-to-back episodes on Sunday, June 8th in the Caribbean, simultaneously with the United States.

A sharp, satirical look at the insular world of Washington politics, Veep follows the whirlwind day-to-day existence of United States Vice President Selina Meyer (Emmy® winner and Golden Globe® nominee Julia Louis-Dreyfus) as she juggles her busy public schedule, puts out political fires, and defends the president's interests.

In the season’s final episodes, Selina and her staff discuss how to make her more “folksy,” and juggle her multiple official obligations and campaign appearances in the days before the New Hampshire primary.

Created and executive produced by Armando Iannucci, Veep’s stellar cast includes Tony Hale (Emmy® winner for his role), Anna Chlumsky (Emmy®-nominated for her role), Matt Walsh (HBO’s Hung), Reid Scott, Timothy C. Simons, and Sufe Bradshaw.
