The Powerade Potcakeman Triathlon Super Sprint Team Relay Race

This is a practice/warm up event for the main Potcakeman Tri.
Each team must consist of two females and two male members. Each member completes all three legs of the super sprint distance swim/bike/run. After the run they will tag the next team member to complete their three legs. The order of the race is f/m/f/m for all teams.
Swim: 200m
Bike: 6k
Run: 1 mile
Registration is $100 per team ($25pp). There will be small prizes for the top three teams.
Schedule:
Bodymarking 6:30-7:15am|Race starts PROMPTLY at 7:30am
Powerade and Dunkin Donutswill be providing refreshments and PappaSurf will be providing lifeguards.
