Club One Fitness Centre is throwing a FITNESS RAVE for students and teachers, Friday, August 26, 2016, at 6pm. Come PARTY with us to the hottest DJs, sample delicious and nutritious snacks and kids ages 10-17 can try a FREE BFYTT Class!!!
Fitness Professional will also be available for a equipment 101 workshop for parents and teachers and those new to the gym. This event is FREE to the public so bring your crew and don't miss this fun workout party!
