Come join us for a Saturday of fun including a youth basketball tournament (all youth welcome), some tasty food, local music, and guest speakers. The event is a fundraiser supporting the Lend A Hand Bahamas Foundation, which is working to construct a community centre in the Grant?s Town area of Nassau. The centre will provide a safe and constructive area where children and their families can be exposed to new activities and opportunities. Currently, funds are being raised to purchase the necessary materials to begin construction.

CAPTURED By Rotaract

The Rotaract Club of East Nassau is having a ?jail and bail? fundraiser where 9 people and 1 dog will be locked up as prisoners. All prisoners will have to contact friends to post bail and be released. Bail will be set at $500. All bail proceeds will go towards the community service initiatives of the Rotaract Club of East Nassau. The main goal for this fundraiser is to raise enough funds to purchase a bus for Unity House, the home for the elderly.
