About The FNM

The Free National Movement was born out of a struggle for greater accountability and transparency. The party cut its teeth in the fight to deliver our country from political corruption and victimisation, and it reached maturity as a government whose tenure and accomplishments have become the standard against which all future governments of The Bahamas will be judged.

Over 40 years ago, the founders of the FNM had the wisdom and foresight to recognise the absence of truly democratic principals within the leadership of the then-governing party. They separated themselves and adopted “FREE” as their motto. Bahamian artist Trevor Tucker

You are invited to a second viewing of "Serenity" by Bahamian artist Trevor Tucker. The paintings will be on display at The Bahamas National Trust this Saturday May 5th opening at 11am.

The body of work features a bold and colorful palette based on the artist's love for nature and religion. Strong compositions, patterns and expressive brushstrokes are used in Trevor's work and the artist's love for stained glass design can be seen in many of them. The bulk of the work in the collection are acrylics on canvas as well as some new glass paintings that he recently completed.

the little pink party™ event series is the brainchild of KhanAali Media Group founders Krista & Kandice Hanna. The event was birthed in 2008 out of a desire to host fashion-forward parties for local Bahamian women living in Nassau, Bahamas.
