National Trust Cuban Pig Roast

Guests and patrons of the Bahamas National Trust (BNT) will gather at Maillis Farm for an authentic Cuban Pig Roast at 8am to 5pm.

The event is the brainchild of Mr. Manuel Cutillas, who organizes and cooks the pigs each year. Proceeds are for the BNT to help preserve and manage national parks sustainably. Features authentic Cuban cuisine, mojitos, music and dancing. T: 393-1317.
